On behalf of the W.C. Miller Youth in Philanthropy group, Altona Community Foundation president Bill Penner presents a grant cheque for $950 to Ron Epp and Aquatic Centre staff. The grant was used to purchase a hoyer lift at the Aquatic Centre to assist disabled persons into the pool.
